Best of Beeston - 08/09/12 & Notts HOD 09/09/12

This weekend event has the makings of something really special, We were invited to attend the Best of Beeston at the last minute last year and Bruce Beauchamp came to the rescue with a wicked solo stand that really impressed the organisers. We have this year had a very early invite and they would be happy to show all 78 cars if we could muster them!

Some owners travel long distances to our events so this year we had the idea of offering people the opportunity to attend either on any one day or for the weekend as on the Sunday it is our Nottingham Heritage Open Day and this year we will be situated at the Robin Hood statue by the Castle wall. I am also looking at the possibility of us going for an informal  evening meal (Saturday) at the Beekeeper Pub (This is the pub that the MB staff used to meet at lunchtimes and evenings}. We would also be advertising the full details in the local press and Classic Mags inviting anyone with previous Middlebridge connections to attend for en evening of Beer 'n' Banter. something us MB lads do excel at me thinks.

Autokarna 3rd & 4th June 2012 (Queens Diamond Jubilee)

George the "MESS Events Organiser"has once again been busy organising  Middlebridge events and has really come up trumps with this one. The organisers of this event are really keen for us to attend as part of their theme is "built in Nottingham". (They also promise the show will be bigger and better this year) It would be nice to see as many Middlebridge cars as possible and no doubt George will be in contact with you all. This event is on Sunday 3rd June and Monday 4th June (HRH, the Queens Diamond Jubilee weekend) at Wollaston Park, Nottingham. Although it is still early days, we have invited John McCauley (Ex Middlebridge MD).

Updates to follow.
