Shiny Paint tip

Occasionally cars that are very well looked after and waxed on a regular basis sometimes end up with a dull paint finish that is noticed when parked next to very shiny classics at events. One of the reasons for this is a gradual build up of wax which still protects the car but can give a slightly opaque visual appearance.

Should this be affecting your car one course of action is to cut back the wax and any paint oxidisation with T-Cut or G3 compound (Be very careful not to cut to deep) leaving a fresh base to apply a polish prior to re-protecting the area.

Regards

Mick
